1. The hydraulic cylinder adopts the structure of NOK Hydraulic European and American metallurgical cylinder CD250. Material of cylinder barrel: 45, 42crmo, 27simn, internal hole honing, machining accuracy h8, surface roughness ra<0.4. Cylinder head, cylinder bottom, hinge shaft and piston are all made of 45# steel, and cast iron steel castings are not used. The buffering forms of the oil cylinder are various, including fixed and floating buffering structures, which can meet the buffering effect of the oil cylinder at different speeds under various pressure conditions.

2. All pressure-bearing and stress-bearing welds shall be subjected to 100% ultrasonic impact treatment to eliminate weld stress (up to more than 90%) and improve the fatigue strength of weld bucket.

3. All oil cylinders are imported from Nok of Japan, Trelleborg of Trelleborg, Merkel of Germany and GP, and no domestic seals are used.

4. Carry out ex-factory test according to GB/T15600-2005 hydraulic cylinder test method; according to q/gaky014-2023 "quality hydraulic cylinder factory inspection standard" for acceptance. Provide factory test report and product certificate.
